Hi, I’m Corin Smith  M.S., R.D.N.

I’m a Registered Dietitian, I graduated with my Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics from Loma Linda University. I’m a California native who grew up in sunny Los Angeles, but also spent many years of my childhood living in Mexico.

As a busy Mom, I know how tough it can be to eat right and feed a family nutritious healthy food, all the time.

Healthy eating changed my life, it can do the same for you too.

My philosophy on Nutrition, Wellness, and Balance for You and Your Family.

I believe nutrition, wellness and balance go hand in hand. If you take care of your body, you feed it nutritious foods, and you exercise it, the result is feeling better about yourself, being healthy, and having a clearer mind.

I do not believe in dieting, I believe in changing our lifestyle to a healthier one.
